★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBILE ESPERIENZA!!! Sono stato trattato in maniera sbrigativa, per questa persona i clienti evidentemente sono portafogli con le gambe. Ho fatto ritardo di 10 minuti perché in questa zona è molto complesso trovare parcheggio. Arrivato lì mi scuso per il ritardo ma lui aveva già trovato un sostituto e mi ha chiesto di riprendere un’appuntamento, arrabbiandosi anche. Capendo la situazione gli richiedo scusa ma le sue espressioni facevano trapelare sdegno, pensare che avevo chiesto 1 ora di permesso a lavoro, che scemo che sono. Vi invito a rivolgervi altrove, date i vostri soldi a chi vi tratta bene e con cura. Chi insegnerà a questo signore a trattare con la clientela?

Understanding the situation, I ask him to apologize but his expressions revealed indignation, to think that I had asked for 1 hour leave to work, what a fool I am. I invite you to go elsewhere, give your money to those who treat you well and with care. Who will teach this gentleman to deal with customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amin, il proprietario, è fantastico, simpatico e gentilissimo. Ma soprattutto, dopo anni persi a cercare un barbiere che ascoltasse le mie richieste per barba e capelli, finalmente ho trovato qualcuno di capace, professionale e disponibile.
Aggiungo ancora che anche le volte che gli ho lasciato carta bianca, comunque, non sono mai stato deluso.
Amin, the owner, is fantastic, personable and very kind. But most of all, after years of wasted looking for a barber who listened to my requests for beard and hair, I finally found someone capable, professional and helpful.
I would add that even the times I gave him carte blanche, however, I have never been disappointed.
