m	maria maiorano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un anno fa ho fatto ristrutturare completamente il mio appartamento ( Napoli Colli Aminei).Dopo aver interpellato varie ditte,per caso mi sono imbattuta in una pubblicità della Barbato Group.Tra i preventivi pervenuti mi ha colpito la semplicità e la chiarezza di come venivano spiegati i passaggi e le lavorazioni della ristrutturazione della Barbato Group,mi è stato presentato un capitolato lavori dettagliato e preciso e inoltre si palesava un ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.Il titolare della ditta il sign.Emiliano Barbato,cominciato i lavori,ha seguito tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione passo a passo,mostrando grande professionalità e onestà.Tutto è andato alla perfezione lavori eseguiti a regola d'arte.Ottime rifiniture,ordine e pulizia costante nel cantiere,nessun problema o danno recato all'edificio o ai condomini.Lavori eseguiti in modo impeccabile e serietà nella gestione della commessa .Tutto l'iter è stato brillantemente concertato dall'architetto della ditta Raffaele Fabozzi che ha mostrato grandi capacità operative e progettuali.Il suo contributo è stato prezioso per l'ottima riuscita dei lavori ha mostrato sempre grande disponibilità e ottime conoscenze attuando una progettazione funzionale,senza nulla togliere alla ricercatezza nel gusto avvalendosi delle sue eccellenti competenze.Non ho dubbi nel consigliare questa ditta. Avete detto che si sono presi tutti i soldi ? Ma in che modo ? Ma sapete che oggi si emettono fatture e si eseguono dei bonifici ? Quindi smentiamo il fatto che vi sono stati sottratti dei soldi, bensì siete stati voi a emettere un pagamento solo dopo aver ricevuto le fatture ad ogni stato avanzamento lavori come da contratto ( che potevate non farlo laddove vedevate che i lavori non andavano avanti per il verso giusto) Poi a mio avviso se i lavori non sono stati ultimati è per il semplice motivo che le vostre richieste non erano quelle concordate da contratto e voi ci avete mandati all’esasperazione a tale punto che ci avete costretto ad abbandonare il lavoro Per aggiungere che avete per forza voluto realizzare un abuso edilizio in una zona vincolata senza le necessarie autorizzazioni il tutto in netta contrapposizione alla nostra etica professionale. Vi invitiamo a estendere le argomentazioni nelle sedi legali opportune e vi invitiamo di smetterla di metterci in cattiva luce anche se nn è necessario, la speranza è che la nostra ditta non sia costretta a denunciare voi per diffamazione ! Barbato è stato molto disponibile e professionale. Avevo un problema di umidità e finalmente grazie all'intervento della barbato Group l'ho risolto. Sarò breve ed esprorró con la massima chiarezza il mio pensiero...ho avuto una buona sensazione fin dal primo momento della barbato Group, persone sane umili e di gavetta, beh ancora una anzi 2 volte ho dato ragione al mio sensto senso, ho trovato in loro, professionalità, disponibilità e precisione, e nonostante tutte le beghe sono stati precisi nella consegna del lavoro, impegnandosi e facendosi carico di spese extra seppur minime di lavori non preventivati, non oso immaginare e non vedo possibile un atteggiamento come descritto da chi ha dato dei truffatori alla barbato group. Con questo concludo dicendo signor Barbato si faccia scivolare addosso certe cose e vada avanti...un grosso in bocca al lupo per tutto! Abbandonano il cantiere in condizioni pietose, sporcizia e macerie, vizi d'opera e senza alcun materiale né manodopera per portare i lavori a termine. Meglio una cambiale, che ti stressa per breve tempo che EMILIANO BARBATO, il titolare con cui ho avuto a che fare per quasi un anno di puro terrore. Una delle esperienze più brutte della mia vita.
