Unica pecca per il quale non metto 5 stelle è la mancanza del pos al momento del pagamento...quindi ricordatevi se andate da Renzo, portate il contante. Alla prossima! Renzo abbiamo poi gustato con grande soddisfazione l'ottima cucina piemontese preparata dalla sua signora. Appena possibile torneremo con i nostri amici. Great experience !! Ambiente accogliente, caldo e curato, ottima cucina piemontese, vitello tonnato, flan di cardi con fonduta e crema di acciughe, agnolotti eccellenti preparati a mano, al burro fuso, filetto tenerissimo con castagne, tutto ottimo. Il fritto misto piemontese era ben asciutto, con pezzi buonissimi sono i Pavesini, amaretti, fiori di zucca, cervella, ecc... Ma la rivelazione?!? Gli agnolotti della signora Candida. Cucina tradizionale con sapori di una volta, tutto ottimo. Gli agnolotti fatti in casa, una sfoglia sottile segno di enorme esperienza ed un ripieno leggero...una delizia (vi chiederò gli ingredienti del sugo!!!). Il fritto misto leggero, gustoso e abbondante. Prezzi contenuti. Gentilezza, professionalità, tenacia sono ammirevoli. Grazie, torneremo. Il locale è curato e pulito. Abbiamo mangiato antipasti piemontesi di ottima fattura e il fritto misto è il tocco di classe finale che chiude una esperienza culinaria fantastica. Anche la carne, l'arrosto si scioglieva in bocca e il coniglio non era per nulla "asciutto". Excellent home cooking, small and welcoming place. Excellent quality of food and service. The starters were delicious, especially the agnolotti. Even the meat, the roast melted in the mouth and the rabbit was not "dry" at all.
