Ritengo che tali critiche non rispecchino la realtà del clima che si vive nel locale in quanto tutti i clienti fissi ed occasionali appaiono sempre alla mia vista contenti e sorridenti per come vengono trattati e per i prodotti che consumano.

I believe that these criticisms do not reflect the reality of the climate that is lived in the room as all the regular and occasional customers always appear to me happy and smiling for how they are treated and for the products they consume.
