Ero andato a Polizzi Generosa per vedere il magnifico trittico fiammingo nella Chiesa Madre e, fatta l'ora di pranzo chiedendo informazioni in giro mi hanno indicato questo posto, il quale a vederlo da fuori sembra anonimo ma, al suo interno vi è un'esplosione di gusto, di cortesia, di sorrisi e di empatia, il gestore e la figlia, dopo un primo contatto, giustamente guardingo, trattano il cliente conosciuto come quello fortuito, alla stessa maniera. Consiglio di andare il giovedì, perché oltre alla rosticceria siciliana e locale, fanno anche il panino con le panelle (sia il pane che le panelle loro) che il panino con la milza.
Quando passo da Tremonzelli, andando verso l'interno della Sicilia, il giovedì diventa tappa obbligata, che vale il kilometraggio extra percorso.

Located behind a small gas station, the shop looks a bit old. There are drinks, salty snacks, sweet desserts, fresh cakes, etc. There is a special dessert that tastes like biscuits with a soft outer skin and a local cheese filling.
