Purtroppo i gelati sono vecchi e soprattutto non ben conservati perché risparmiano sull'energia elettrica, mantenendo la temperatura più alta. Risultato: i vari gusti sono una melassa piena di coloranti (ne usano tanti e i colori sono sgargianti innaturali) che appena viene messa sul cono è già sciolta. E per questo la sera l'abbiamo trascorsa in bagno..... Avoid going to this ice cream parlor in any way. Unfortunately the ice creams are old and above all not well preserved because they save on electricity, keeping the temperature higher. Result: the various flavors are a molasses full of dyes (they use a lot of them and the colors are bright unnatural) that is already dissolved as soon as it is put on the cone. Perfezione e gentilezza piu tutto molto buono e fresco. ?number one . Ieri sera andando a dormire fuori Roma abbiamo deciso di fermarci a comprare una vaschetta di gelato da portare a casa. al momento di pagare però ha deciso di comunicarmi che non aveva il pos (nel 2021 non è possibile non avere un pos e non prendere pagamenti elettronici. Mi rifiuto proprio), anche con toni molto poco simpatici. Quando le ho detto che non era normale rifiutare un pagamento elettronico si è proposta a tenersi lei il gelato ed io andarmene a mani vuote. Onestamente un gelato normalissimo di quelli industriali niente di che, ma è più stata la maniera. Voglio dire alle 23 di sabato sera hai il locale vuoto tutto ti puoi permettere meno che di essere scortese. Consiglio vivamente alla proprietaria di mettere un cartello o avvisare i clienti con anticipo che non accetta pagamenti elettronici. never again. We stayed 3 nights in Sutri and passed by the bar every night. A really nice little pizza and Marco kind, helpful and nice. We'll be back!
