★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capuccini e caffè davvero deliziosi, i cocktail sono buoni peccato che il bagno sia molto sporco e avrei da ridire sui cavi che collegano la tv con casse e altri dispositivi visto che sono attaccati al muro tramite chiodi.
Capuccini and coffee really delicious, cocktails are good pity that the bathroom is very dirty and I would have to complain about the cables that connect the TV with speakers and other devices since they are attached to the wall by nails.

It's perfectly alright. Friendly, the small pastries delicious, price also OK, only if more clientele, then longer waiting times.

Comunque 2 stelle per un incidente gestito malissimo.
Ok essere giovani , ma se si lavora con pubblico un minimo di furbizia ci vuole.
A causa della sedia rovinata alla mia amica si sono rotti i jeans, rimasti incastrati in un ferro sporgente.
Fatto presente la cameriera ha riso dicendo "he , le sedie sono vecchie".
Nemmeno un accenno di scuse .
Sicuramente una persona con più esperienza avrebbe gestito la cosa diversamente.

My friend's jeans broke because of the ruined chair and got stuck in a protruding iron.
The waitress pointed this out and laughed and said "hey, the chairs are old".
Not even a hint of an apology.
Surely a person with more experience would have handled it differently.
