La cucina pur mantenendo fede a ingredienti del territorio è innovativa e strizza l occhio ai ristoranti gourmet merito della giovane talentuosa chef ,servizio in tavola impeccabile e cortese .Proprietari ospitali ,cordiali . Bella scoperta,adatto a chi ama prodotti genuini e del territorio mantenendo un livello sicuramente superiore . Consigliatissimo Excellent restaurant, spectacular view but not only is the view spectacular. The cuisine while keeping faith with local ingredients is innovative and winks at gourmet restaurants thanks to the young talented chef, impeccable and courteous table service. Un ottima atmosfera, creata dalla professionalità del titolare a cui faccio i complimenti per la sua preparazione. Un ottima selezione di vini completa la piacevole serata. Dal dolce cremoso all'asparago creato dalla giovane chef, una ragazza che ci farà sognare con I piatti visto il livello a cui è nonostante la giovane età. Il risotto pazzo abbinato ad un vino appassito. I profumi delle Alpi nelle erbe di campo. I vini della valle. I pesci di fiume....insomma che vi devo dire di più? Qui si sta con la testa tra le nuvole per l'altitudine e perché questi piatti ti fanno volare più in alto e ancor più in su! Vino ottimo e accoglienza preziosa...poche storie qui ci vai e poi appena più ci torni!!! Brave alle ragazze in cucina, al titolare e a tutto lo staff!! From the creamy asparagus dessert created by the young chef, a girl who will make us dream with the dishes given the level she is at despite her young age. The crazy risotto paired with a dried wine. The scents of the Alps in the herbs of the field. The wines of the valley. River fish .... in short, what more can I tell you? Here you are with your head in the clouds because of the altitude and because these plates make you fly higher and higher! Excellent wine and precious hospitality ... a few stories here you go and then as soon as you come back !!! Well done to the girls in the kitchen, the owner and all the staff !!

Gestito da una famiglia disponibile e dai modi cordiali è possibile assaporare pietanze ben servite e particolari, dal sapore non di tutti i giorni e assolutamente non scontato, caratterizzato da accostamenti azzeccati. Il proprietario è capace di consigliarti un ottimo vino a seconda della scelta del piatto. In due abbiamo speso 70 euro per mangiare un antipasto di mare in condivisione, due primi (uno con del tartufo), un dolce in condivisione, dei caffè alla nocciola e alla cicoria e due calici di ottimo vino, un bianco e un nero. Il tutto affacciati a una ampia vetrata con splendida vista sulle montagne. How can we not recommend this splendid restaurant? Managed by a helpful family and cordial ways, it is possible to savor well-served and particular dishes, with a flavor that is not everyday and absolutely not obvious, characterized by well-chosen combinations. The owner is able to recommend an excellent wine depending on the choice of dish. The two of us spent 70 euros to eat a seafood appetizer in sharing, two first courses (one with truffles), a shared dessert, hazelnut and chicory coffees and two glasses of excellent wine, one white and one black. All overlooking a large window with a splendid view of the mountains.
