Dishes that were served were partially dirty and the food didn't taste good either. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kastanientorte ein Traum. Käsesahnekuchen ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Auch der Cappuccino sehr gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell. Angenehme Atmosphäre.
The chestnut cake is a dream. Cheese cream cake also recommended. The cappuccino was also very good. Service very friendly and quick. Pleasant atmosphere.

Essen naja, sind uns im Südtirol was anderes gewohnt...
Vielleicht als Tipp, die Speisekarte verkleinern und sich bei den Speisen richtig ins Zeug legen....
Tourist trap, terrace looks nice and cosy.
Eating well, we are used to something different in South Tyrol...
Maybe as a tip, reduce the menu and really work hard with the dishes....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv zu erwähnen sind nur die tolle Lage und die Größe der z.B. Eisbecher. Alles andere verdirbt das nicht besonders freundliche und auch wenig serviceorientierte Personal - schade, ohne dieses wirklich menschengemachte Problem könnte es echt ein tolles Lokal sein.
Ich berichte hier von 2 Besuchen, einmal im
September 2020 und einen weiteren gerade eben im Juli 2021.
The only positive things to mention are the great location and the size of the ice cream sundae, for example. Everything else spoils the not particularly friendly and also not very service-oriented staff - a shame, without this really man-made problem it could be a really great place.
I am reporting here from 2 visits, once in the
September 2020 and another just in July 2021.

Nice location, nice ice cream, as far as five stars - averaged down to three due to the lack of friendliness and attention of the service.

Served a salad with (among other shortcomings) a bone dry yellow cucumber. Upon notifying the staff, we were told that we were wrong and the cucumber and salad was in fact fresh. They ultimately replaced the salad and apologised.
