★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nuova gestione, a cura di Alessandro e della moglie, ha migliorato sotto tutti i punti di vista questo bar che prima era collegato al caseificio in quanto gestito direttamente dalla proprietà dello stesso. I due giovani gestori, infatti, pongono una cura speciale in ogni dettaglio della loro attività: la delicata gentilezza sempre presente, l’affabilità che non scade in eccessiva confidenza e, non ultimo, la qualità del caffè, che — a mio modesto avviso — è tra i migliori della città per equilibrio di sapori tra cioccolato e acidità, per corposità e per qualità di esecuzione, naturalmente (il bar utilizza una miscela Kimbo).
Consigliato anche per la tranquillità del dehors estivo, completamente verandato e quindi accessibile per tutto l’anno.
The new management, by Alessandro and his wife, has improved from all points of view this bar that was previously connected to the dairy as it was managed directly by the same owner. The two young managers, in fact, pay special attention to every detail of their business: the delicate kindness that is always present, the affability that does not end in excessive confidence and, last but not least, the quality of the coffee, which - in my humble opinion - it is among the best in the city for the balance of flavors between chocolate and acidity, for body and quality of execution, of course (the bar uses a Kimbo blend).
Also recommended for the tranquility of the summer terrace, fully veranda and therefore accessible throughout the year.
