 Nice staff and great products. Obviously, with all due respect, they are not the arancini of Catania but I must say very good indeed. The "vastedda with the elder" excellent. A fixed stop every time I go up to the village. Sincere congratulations

Gli arancini al pistacchio voto 10 la prima volta che li ho assaggiati, per non parlare delle paste alla mandorla, il top!!!
I begin by emphasizing the great availability, kindness and friendliness of the staff and owners. A beautiful welcoming place. All very good from salty to sweet. The pistachio arancini vote 10 the first time I tasted them, not to mention the almond pastries, the top !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our week long stay in Troina we stopped here at least once a day! Great coffee and drinks, but the best reason to stop here is for the traditional Sicilian arancini. A true masterpiece! The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is outdoor seating that is covered so you can sit out even if it’s raining. Great pastries too!

This is the place to be.. delicious arancini, local focaccia with elderberry flowers (a local specialty that you cannot miss, to take away or for a quick snack ?), baked cannoli with fresh ricotta (a traditional variation of the deep fried one), the best ice-cream in Troina! Cherry on the cake: a warming welcome from a professional staff, all the business is family managed since three generations.
