Abbiamo chiesto esplicitamente che le pizze fossero pronte ad una certa ora prestabilita, accertandoci che le avremmo trovate pronte al nostro arrivo (per il ritiro)... Per poi andare lì ed aspettare 40 minuti. Almeno ci avessero detto "Non lavoriamo così, chi entra per primo dalla porta ha la precedenza e telefonare prima non serve a niente". Avrei apprezzato l'onestà. Abbiamo deciso di dare loro una seconda chance, dopo la prima esperienza negativa, essendo chiari nel far presente la nostra preoccupazione, ma la risposta è stata quella della volta precedente: "Non c'è problema" e la figuraccia anche è stata la stessa. A questo punto non ho altro da aggiungere, il voto che do è la media tra la pizza ottima ed il servizio fuorviante. The pizza we liked a lot, but it happened several times that we did look bad with the guests. We asked explicitly that the pizzas were ready at a certain time predetermined, making sure that we would find ready when we arrived (for withdrawal) ... To then go there and wait 40 minutes. At least we were told "do not work as well, those who enter first through the door takes precedence and telephone before is useless." I would have appreciated the honesty. We decided to give them a second chance, after the first bad experience, being clear in pointing out our concern, but the answer was as before: "No problem" and the fool was also the same. At this point I have nothing to add, the rating I give is the average of the excellent pizza and misleading service.
