L'impasto è incredibile, integrale con semi ha una compostezza, leggerezza e fragranza perfetti. Davvero un ottimo equilibrio. Anche lo spessore e la proporzione tra morbido e croccante sono super. Bravissimo il pizzaiolo,.ottimo il forno circolare. Niente da dire veramente. Per il condimento diciamo che se l'esperienza nell'impasto è superlativa l'esser ancorato a un condimento di tipo tradizionale lo penalizza leggermente. La pachino rucola e scaglie era abbastanza equilibrata, la fiori e alici aveva troppo fior di latte. Un po' meno latticino avrebbe alleggerito e valutato meglio i fiori. Qualche ispirazione dalla modernità non farebbe male, tipo fiore crudo sul finale e, ripeto, meno fior di latte. L'impasto comunque resta uno degli impasti migliori che abbia assaggiato per una pizza al piatto. By chance, the reviews did not give the right dimension of the taste of pizza. The dough is incredible, complete with seeds, it has a perfect composure, lightness and fragrance. Really a great balance. Even the thickness and the proportion between soft and crunchy are super. Bravissimo the pizza maker, excellent round oven. Nothing to really say. For the seasoning we say that if the experience in the dough is superlative, being anchored to a traditional seasoning penalizes it slightly. The pachino rocket and flakes was quite balanced, the flowers and anchovies had too much milk. A little less dairy would lighten and better evaluate the flowers. Some inspiration from modernity would not hurt, like raw flower on the finish and, I repeat, less fior di latte. The dough, however, remains one of the best doughs I have ever tasted for a flat pizza.

Hanno portato subito la pizza mentre attendevamo gli antipasti, quando se ne sono accorti hanno portato via la pizza per poi riportarcela riscaldata ( e quindi bruciata sotto). We didn't have a good impression. The pizza was not good. The whole dough must be managed and above all I think it should be indicated. They immediately brought the pizza while we waited for the appetizers, when they noticed they took away the pizza and then brought it back heated (and then burned down).

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Good and well seasoned but slightly leavened pizzas. Nice staff but the service was very slow, even though the venue was not full. Good value for money.
