Che cosa abbiamo perso veramente dei locali pubblici e dei bar? Che cosa vogliamo riconquistare di questi luoghi meravigliosi? Forse la capacità di raccontare e farci raccontare storie, aneddoti, esperienze. Perché quei luoghi erano l’ambiente perfetto per parlare di sé, osservare gli altri, confidarsi.
Il gestore o il barista era il nostro migliore amico, conosceva tutti i nostri peccatucci, ma il vissuto di ognuno era il vero protagonista.
Quando oggi si dice che i luoghi dell’ospitalità hanno perso la caratteristica di socializzazione, si fa riferimento proprio a questo. Con delicatezza, professionalità e molta pazienza, questi locali possono tornare a contenere le nostre storie, raccontate davanti ad un buon cocktail o al miglior vino.

What have we really missed from public places and bars? What do we want to recapture of these wonderful places? Perhaps the ability to tell and let us tell stories, anecdotes, experiences. Because those places were the perfect environment to talk about oneself, observe others, confide.
The manager or bartender was our best friend, he knew all our peccadilloes, but everyone's experience was the real protagonist.
When today it is said that the places of hospitality have lost the characteristic of socialization, reference is made to this. With delicacy, professionalism and a lot of patience, these places can return to contain our stories, told in front of a good cocktail or the best wine.
