★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Natale non sono potuto tornare e non ho così riassaporato un dolce tipico teramano eccezionale (caggionetti). Ho chiamato ieri a gennaio ormai inoltrato per chiedere se li avessero ancora o meno dato che non è più periodo. In effetti non li avevano più ma me li hanno preparati per la mattina successiva ugualmente. Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. E poi, nell'eterna guerra teramana tra i migliori caggionetti, loro per i miei gusti vincono a mani basse! Grazie!
At Christmas I could not return and I did not savor an exceptional typical Teramo dessert (caggionetti). I called yesterday in late January to ask if they still had them or not since it is no longer period. In fact, they no longer had them but they prepared them for me for the next morning anyway. Small gestures that make the difference. And then, in the eternal Teramo war between the best caggionetti, they win hands down for my taste! Thanks!

Personale cafone e maleducato.
Nella fattispecie una ragazza con il cappellino sempre con atteggiamento stufato mi ha trattato per tutto il tempo con sufficienza.
Addirittura quando sono andato a pagare non ricordava cosa mi avesse portato e con tono sempre molto delicato mi ha detto " che hai preso?" ..sono dovuto tornare al bancone, indicare cosa avessi preso ...e a momenti dovevo ringraziarla per il fatto che mi stesse facendo pagare. Al tavolo ha letteralmente buttato le cose sul tavolo ...mi dispiace, ripeto cibo buonissimo...ho provato le vostre torte e sono fantastiche...ma il personale mi dispiace mi ha trattato davvero male. Ma sono sicuro che un cliente in meno non cambierà il successo del suo locale.
