★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un piccolo strappo al proprietario del bar/pasticceria di farmi vedere il laboratorio, sono rimasto colpito dalla organizzazione e pulizia, a dispetto della enorme mole di lavoro e del fermento che vi era in quel momento. Ottimo esempio di pura artigianalitá , sempre piú rara al giorno d'oggi!

I asked the owner of the bar / patisserie to show me the laboratory for a little bit, I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness, despite the enormous amount of work and the excitement that was there at that time. Excellent example of pure craftsmanship, increasingly rare nowadays!
