Se vi sembra eccessiva la descrizione è perché non ho ancora detto che la macchinetta del caffè è quella tipo a leva che si usavano tanti anni fa. La giovane donna fa scorrere acqua pulita nel filtro di acciaio splendente. Fa altre operazioni che non capisco. Muove su e giù delle enormi leve, sembra una macchinista di treni a vapore. Gli ho chiesto un caffè con un po' di schiuma di latte e mi sceglie una tazza in vetro e quando lo bevo capisco il perché. Anche la preparazione della schiuma di latte non è semplice riscaldamento di un liquido bianco in in briko, no, quello che viene versato sul caffè è crema di latte. La giovane donna merita un 10 e lode ed un bacio per l'amore che ci mette "nell'offrire" il caffè al cliente. Si in questo caso non prepara un caffè, ma offre tutta la sua "dedizione" ad ogni passaggio della preparazione, amore e passione per il proprio lavoro. Anche il cornettino che ho preso prima del caffè era ottimo. Sono stato solo 2 ore ad Ariano Irpinio, ma sono andato 2 volte a prendermi il caffè, appena arrivato per prendermi il primo caffè del giorno e prima di andare via, per ripetere il piacere.
