Da Calabrese puoi mangiare ancora i dolci le paste ed i cornetti completamente lavorati in loco. Nulla di industriale. Sembra di ritornare al gusto di tanti anni fa. A Benevento per me è l'eccellenza assoluta del gusto. Bravissimi. 5 stars are few. Here the clock stops. By now, desserts all seem to taste the same in pastry shops. From Calabrese you can still eat desserts, pastas and croissants completely processed on site. Nothing industrial. It seems to return to the taste of many years ago. In Benevento for me it is the absolute excellence of taste. Very good.

Qui le uova per gli impasti e le varie creme, hanno il guscio, non la busta! If I like it? I believe it has remained one of the few pastry shops that make desserts with ancient and excellent methods. Here the eggs for the dough and the various creams, have the shell, not the envelope!
