★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevuti 5 dolci che non mi sento di definire zeppole anche se ne hanno la forma ma non la misura (giganti). Molto scenografiche, come si evince anche dalla foto, ma poca "sostanza". Nel senso, pasta molto soffiata (tanti buchi d'aria) e farcitura prevalentemente all'esterno. Magari farli un po' più piccoli, senza aria e più ripieno. E comunque queste non sono assolutamente zeppole
Received 5 desserts that I don't feel like defining zeppole even if they have the shape but not the size (giants). Very spectacular, as can also be seen from the photo, but little "substance". In the sense, very puffed dough (many air holes) and filling mainly on the outside. Maybe make them a little smaller, with no air and more filling. And anyway these are absolutely not wedges
