Il personale è sempre gentile e paziente anche se per mille volte vengono chieste le stesse info e fatti gli stessi commenti sui treni! :))) Bagno pulito. Qualche posto a sedere. Ottimo espressino freddo. Very small and very crowded but always tidy and welcoming. The coffee and snacks offered are good, fresh and served with courtesy. The staff is always friendly and patient even if a thousand times get asked the same info and made the same comments on the trains! :))) Clean bathroom. A few seats. Excellent cold espresso.

Attenzione soprattutto nei giorni festivi. They sold us tickets for the bus that goes from the station to the city center knowing that it was not passing. After 2 hours of waiting we took a taxi. Attention especially on holidays.

I put 5 Stars in this Bar, to reward Kids who work with an Education, a Respect, a Dignity ... who today, unfortunately, in a rude and nasty company, has become a rare commodity! Clean bar, and not it is for everyone .. and the 2 Brothers are from 5 Stars! People like this are perfect to welcome those who come to visit the wonderful Ostuni!

Mi è stato detto di sì, ma in realtà lo conteneva. Dopo essere stata molto male, in quanto celiaca, sono tornata a chiedere spiegazioni e mi hanno alzato le spalle senza interessarsi minimamente al danno che avevano fatto. Un atteggiamento assolutamente irresponsabile, pericoloso e direi quasi denunciabile... ho lasciato perdere, ma tutto ciò è inaccettabile I bought a snack inserted in a container of gluten-free products asking the staff specifically if it was gluten-free. I was told yes, but it actually contained it. After being very sick, as a celiac, I went back to ask for explanations and they shrugged their shoulders without caring at all about the damage they had done. An absolutely irresponsible, dangerous and I would say almost reprehensible attitude ... I gave up, but all this is unacceptable
