★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bar stile anni 70 del secolo scorso, gestito in modo informale ma simpatico posto in una via del quartiere La Rosa, leggermente defilato, non molto visibile dalla strada Assortimento essenziale per una rapida colazione mattutina, cappuccino proposto sia in tazza che al "vetro": elemento tipicamente livornese.
A 70s-style bar of the last century, managed in an informal but nice place in a street in the La Rosa district, slightly out of the way, not very visible from the street Essential assortment for a quick morning breakfast, cappuccino offered both in the cup and in the "glass" : typically Livorno element.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto questo locale con 5 stelle perchè è un bar sincero e sa di essere un bar di quartiere, le paste gli vengono portate dai soliti pasticceri che riforniscono anche bar più blasonati, o meglio bar che vantano chissà cosa senza aver neppure la produzione propria. Qui alla Rosa dei venti il caffè lo fanno buonissimo, ponce idem e la cosa bella è il fatto che sanno coltivare una clientela affezionata, elemento importante per un bar di quartiere.
I rate this place with 5 stars because it is a sincere bar and knows that it is a neighborhood bar, the pastries are brought to it by the usual pastry chefs who supply even the most famous bars, or rather bars that boast who knows what without even having their own production. Here at the Rosa dei Venti they make coffee very good, ponce ditto and the nice thing is the fact that they know how to cultivate a loyal clientele, an important element for a neighborhood bar.
