L'anziana barista mi dice che mi dà il the in acqua fredda ( grande professionista!), chiedo allora gentilmente se mi fa un thè caldo e mi mette due cubetti a parte in un bicchiere. La risposta è al limite dell'offesa, lei non ha tempo da perdere con le mie fisime e che la stavo scocciando...non ha detto così, ben peggio. Io resto sbigottita, non esco per educazione verso la mia amica che mi accompagna, la signora in malo modo mi chiede allora che the voglio, io le rispondo, che the abbia da propormi, così lei imprecando va a prendere in uno sgabuzzino l'espositore contenente vari tipi di the e infusi. Continuando ad offendermi e imprecare, anche da dentro lo sgabuzzino, ma a voce altissima per farsi sentire... Considerando che il ghiaccio viene da una macchina che ne contiene vari e vari cubetti e che, essendo le 7 del mattino, il bar non era neppure affollato, c'eravamo solo noi due al bancone, penso che la signora abbia come minimo sbagliato mestiere. Absolute lack of professionalism and free rudeness. I go to breakfast and ask for hot tea with ice on the side. The elderly bartender tells me that she gives me tea in cold water (great professional!), So I ask politely if she makes me a hot tea and puts two separate cubes in a glass. Alla domanda se avessero gusti di gelato senza glutine ci è stato risposto testualmente che" loro non trattano queste stupidate". Non potete immaginare la rabbia di ricevere una risposta così maleducata. La celiachia non è una scelta , uno sfizio o una fissa, ma una malattia la cui cura è mangiare senza glutine. È vergognoso che un ristoratore dia una risposta così superficiale. Sarebbe stato molto più educato e professionale un semplice no. Spero che i proprietari si possano aggiornare per non ferire altri clienti che sono celiaci, non certo per loro scelta. G	Gianvito Martella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto dove a soli 2 passi si gode un vista mozzafiato...abbiamo avuto il piacere di prendere il gelato..un gelato dal gusto intenso e naturale...l unica pecca forse e stato un caso la signora che ci ha servito ci ha deddagni di poca attenzione..o meglio aveva altri pensiereli per la testa nonostante non ci fosse tanta gente...non ho fatto foto pertinenti al locale ma solo della vista..e penso che ne valga la pena A place where you can enjoy a breathtaking view just 2 steps away ... we had the pleasure of having ice cream ... an ice cream with an intense and natural flavor ... the only flaw perhaps was the lady who served us he deddagni of little attention .. or rather he had other thoughts on his mind even though there were not many people ... Mah....
