For this reason, it's also very busy so there can be a bit of a long wait sometime, but it's worth it.
Additionally, they also have a really nice selection of good local beer.
Only negative note, the place is a bit out of the way and cam be difficult to get to it if you are not a local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expectations fully met. We went here after having seen "the" YouTube video. Best piadina experience so far. Not to say that other experiences have been bad. Quite the contrary. The salsiccia was readily grilled, the grilled vegetables were well prepared and fresh and the piadina was slightly smoother that what I have had so far.
