Locale trascurato e sporco sedie e tavolino vecchi e malridotti.
Potrebbe essere un bar bellissimo ma viene decisamente trattato male.

Local neglected and dirty old and battered chairs and table.
It could be a beautiful bar but it is definitely treated badly.
