★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato degli arancini tempo di attesa15 minuti dopo 40 minuti non avevano neanche iniziato a preparali chiedendo spiegazioni perché non mi avessero dato un orario di attesa appropriato, mi hanno risposto in malo modo. Penso che un cliente debba essere trattato con garbo e cortesia specialmente se é la prima volta che entra nel vostro locale, per gli arancini avrei dato volentieri 5 stelle veramente buoni , ma per il ritardo e il comportamento inappropriato non posso fare altro che dare tre stelle
I ordered arancini waiting time 15 minutes after 40 minutes they didn't even start preparing them asking for explanations why they didn't give me an appropriate waiting time, they replied badly. I think a customer should be treated with grace and courtesy especially if it is the first time he enters your restaurant, for arancini I would have gladly given 5 really good stars, but for the delay and inappropriate behavior I can only give three stars
