★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really a cozy place. You can get a coffe or even have lunch. Some go for an aperitivo in the evening, but I can't say that it is elegant, surely not cozy, and also cold inside. You need a quick coffe and there isn't anything around well it's ok, but I would never recommend it to have lunch.
