Svolge la sua superiore attività nel periodo estivo e, il suo maggior lavoro è la vendita del gelato che effettua la sera dopo cena. Il gelato lo fa molto buono ed è un locale frequentato. Non ha tavoli all'esterno, si può andare con carrozzella. Come ci arrivi? Al porto inizia il lungomare Mameli e andando verso nord devi percorrere 1,1 chilometri e sulla tua sinistra sei arrivato.

1 stella per la location, mi da un senso di trascurato e vecchio. Parliamo pursempre di un bar e lo trovo decisamente fuori moda per questo scopo.
5 stars for the ice cream, really excellent, personally it is one of the best ever tasted, but we stop at the classic cones or cups do not ask for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Bar Faro, che si affaccia su Lungomare Mameli a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di ponente, è un locale a tutto tondo: dalla caffetteria, con una bella e buona scelta di paste per fare colazione, agli aperitivi, passando per il pranzo, il cui menu propone primi piatti, insalatone e pizza.
Ma il vero momento in cui il Faro prende vita è a metà pomeriggio, quando il bancone del gelato artigianale viene preso letteralmente d'assalto. Occorrerà fare un po' di fila, ma la bontà dei gusti varrà l'attesa!
