★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo nel 2021 e chiami per tre volte per una consegna a domicilio, niente da dire sulla qualità della materia prima, ma ogni volta con un'ora di ritardo sull'orario da loro stessi comunicato. Non solo all'ultima chiamata che ho fatto per il ritardo di oltre un'ora e mezza la proprietaria si è rivolta in modo sgarbato senza nemmeno effettuare la consegna. Se non si è in grado di garantire un servizio per professionalità non lo si deve proporre.
We are in 2021 and you call three times for a home delivery, nothing to say about the quality of the raw material, but each time with an hour delay on the time they themselves communicated. Not only on the last call I made due to the delay of over an hour and a half, the owner spoke rudely without even making the delivery. If you are unable to guarantee a professional service, you should not offer it.
