★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutti, sono stato accompagnato al bar Diana da mio cognato Nino per comprare dei cannoli martedì 3 maggio, loro mi hanno consigliato il kit da viaggio dato che dovevo portarli fino a Modena in macchina. Mercoledì 4 sono partito e dopo ben 14 ore di viaggio sono arrivato, e mi sono preparato un bel cannolo con il kit fornito dal bar ( di cannoli ne ho presi 30 da asporto). Beh signore e signori non posso che ringraziare dal profondo del mio cuore tutto lo staff del bar Diana per i consigli che mi hanno dato e per avermi fornito tutto il necessario per ricreare i loro cannoli a casa mia a Modena. È stato come mangiarli freschi appena fatti in bar da loro, una vera goduria ed emozione. Consiglio a tutti di provarli e anche se siete lontani dalla Sicilia portateli a casa sono spettacolari. Un pezzo di Nicosia a casa mia. Grazie di cuore
Hello everyone, I was accompanied to the Diana bar by my brother-in-law Nino to buy cannoli on Tuesday 3 May, they recommended the travel kit as I had to take them to Modena by car. Wednesday 4th I left and after 14 hours of travel I arrived, and I prepared a nice cannoli with the kit provided by the bar (I bought 30 cannoli to take away). Well ladies and gentlemen I can only thank from the bottom of my heart all the staff of the Diana bar for the advice they gave me and for providing me with everything I need to recreate their cannoli in my home in Modena. It was like eating them fresh just made in a bar by them, a real pleasure and emotion. I recommend everyone to try them and even if you are far from Sicily take them home they are spectacular. A piece of Nicosia in my home. Thank you so much

The pastry is of excellent quality, fresh desserts every day, not to mention the cannoli with ricotta, a crumbly pasta that is second to none, a spectacular ricotta cream. what is left for me to say, bon appétit
