Non saluta mai, risponde malissimo e a tono senza motivo, è continuamente stressata e suppongo non sappia minimamente cosa sia la gentilezza. Posso capire se il lavoro che si fa non piaccia, non tutti hanno la fortuna di avere un lavoro che rende felici però non è giusto trasmetterlo ai clienti che sono il pane quotidiano. Peccato che è il bar della stazione, i viaggiatori si fermano per forza lì, ma se fosse un bar qualsiasi di certo non avrebbe nemmeno un cliente. Il sorriso e la gentilezza sono i requisiti necessari per un lavoro simile. Arrogant. Uneducated and absolutely unsuitable for working with the public. Especially Francesca. She never says goodbye, she answers very badly and without reason, she is constantly stressed and I suppose she doesn't know in the least what kindness is. I can understand if you don't like the work you do, not everyone is lucky enough to have a job that makes you happy, but it is not fair to pass it on to customers who are the daily bread. Too bad it's the station bar, travelers stop there, but if it were any bar certainly would not have a customer. Smile and kindness are the necessary requirements for a similar job.

G	Giovanni Piazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bar presso una stazione deve aspettarsi che la gente vada di fretta per prendere il treno, invece se la prendono comoda e si infastidiscono, diventano antipatici se chiedi il biglietto. Non lo fanno per il ritorno e solo per il giorno stesso: l'anno scorso il servizio -sia biglietti che bar- era ottimo, adesso è scaduto. Mi é capitato quest'anno di dover lasciare il cappuccino a metà per non perdere il treno, anche per la loro lentezza. O capiscono dove sono situati, o perdono clientela... A bar at a station has to expect people to rush to catch the train, instead they take it easy and get annoyed, they get nasty if you ask for a ticket. They do not do it for the return and only for the same day: last year the service - both tickets and bars - was excellent, now it has expired. It happened to me this year that I had to leave the cappuccino halfway to not miss the train, also because of their slowness. Either they understand where they are located, or they lose customers ...
