Prossima volta ad Urbino sarà tappa fissa. Nice and hospitable. Friendly and polite staff, and very helpful towards those with allergies. All good and abundant. Highly recommended! Next time in Urbino it will be a fixed stop.

Francamente deludende We took a € 25 platter, honestly a bit meager for two. The desserts included in the menu were packaged ones. Frankly disappointing

Piadine abbastanza buone, caffè poco buono e dolce deludente, alla richiesta di torta al cacao e torta al limone sono arrivate dopo 20 minuti due fette di torta del mulino bianco scaldate al prezzo di 3.50. la seconda stella e solo per il sorriso Nice and quaint place, friendly and kind staff, a bit too long waiting times. Quite good wraps, not very good coffee and disappointing sweet, when the request for cocoa cake and lemon cake arrived after 20 minutes two slices of white mill cake, heated at the price of 3.50. the second star is only for the smile

Dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa, ci è stato detto poi che c'era stato un problema coi fuochi, ci è areivata qualcosa che più che un risotto era una minestra, con riso scotto, qualche pezzetto di funghi di non meglio specificata e specificabile natura e di tartufo nemmeno la presenza...si sentiva però il sapore: se usate l'olio al tartufo sarebbe meglio indicarlo senza prendere in giro i clienti. Servizio non giudicabile... Unica nota positiva il locale carino con una bella volta. Off-menu dish: mushroom and truffle risotto. After an hour and a half of waiting, we were then told that there had been a problem with the fires, we got something that more than a risotto was a soup, with overcooked rice, a few pieces of unspecified mushrooms and specifiable nature and not even the presence of truffles ... but you could feel the flavor: if you use truffle oil it would be better to indicate it without making fun of the customers. Service not judged ... The only positive note is the nice place with a nice time.

Era fritto e cotto malissimo 7€ sinceramente ingiustificati. Piadine vuote e confezionate attesa estenuante nn merita assolutamente la sosta! I put a star because it is the least I can insert! I took a salad with chicken breast and not even the shadow of the chicken. It was fried and cooked very badly 7 € honestly unjustified. Empty and packaged piadina exhausting waiting nn absolutely deserves the stop!

Lo faccio notare al proprietario che mi dice essere la graffetta della busta della rucola, che può capitare un errore e con la mano me la toglie dalla piadina e se ne va. Solo più tardi torna per scusarsi e mi offre di cambiarla. Rispondo di no perché non volevo sprecare quel cibo. A fine pranzo decido di fare notare al proprietario che non mi era piaciuto il modo in cui si era comportato e quest'ultimo inizia ad aggredirmi verbalmente. Lascio il locale con il proprietario che mi manda a fare in c. più volte. Se ha notato ho scritto che sono stato io a dirle di non cambiarla per non sprecare il cibo. Secondo se qualcuno ha alzato la voce forse si ricorda male perché è stato lei. Terzo gli altri commensali erano nella stanza adiacente, per questo ho deciso di parlarle a fine pranzo al bancone con un tono di voce sicuramente inferiore al suo. Been for a quick lunch, nice venue but creepy experience. I order a piadina and after a couple of bites with my teeth I bite a paper clip. I point this out to the owner who tells me it is the staple of the rocket bag, that a mistake can happen and with his hand he removes it from the piadina and goes away. Only later does he come back to apologize and offer me to change it. I answer no because I didn't want to waste that food. At the end of the lunch I decide to point out to the owner that I didn't like the way he behaved and he starts to verbally attack me. I leave the place with the owner who sends me to do in c. many times. If she noticed, I wrote that it was I who told her not to change it so as not to waste food. According to if someone has raised their voice perhaps they remember badly why it was her. Third, the other diners were in the adjoining room, so I decided to talk to her at the end of the meal at the counter in a tone of voice that was certainly lower than hers.

Una pecca grave riguarda la preparazione di quelle senza glutine:preparate e cotte assieme a quelle con glutine quindi completamente contaminate (e se non ce n'è fossimo accorti?). prestate attenzione. We took 4 wraps (2 normal and 2 gluten free), good taste and quality of ingredients even if it was raw. A serious flaw concerns the preparation of gluten-free ones: prepared and cooked together with those with gluten, therefore completely contaminated (and if we hadn't noticed it?). be careful.
