In un primo momento ha semplicemente detto alle due anziane che il bagno era occupato, e ha poi pensato bene di tirare fuori le chiavi del bagno, che evidentemente era solo chiuso e non occupato, e porgerle ad altre due clienti, probabilmente sue conoscenti, sopraggiunte successivamente. Le parole carine sono arrivate nel momento della richiesta di spiegazioni da parte di chi aspettava inutilmente che il bagno si liberasse. SENZA PAROLE!!! I do not express myself on the quality of the products offered by the restaurant but I can certainly express my disappointment towards the very unkind treatment offered to the customers by the owner, so at least she presented herself, who did not allow the use of the bathroom for two people elderly, one among other things invalid, and has pronounced sentences, among others, we say not a little racist towards the ROMANS. At first he simply told the two old women that the bathroom was occupied, and then he thought it best to take out the keys to the bathroom, which was evidently only closed and not occupied, and to hand them to two other clients, probably acquaintances of his, who had arrived later. The nice words came at the time of the request for explanations from those who waited in vain for the bathroom to be freed. WITHOUT WORDS!!!
