★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale MOLTO SCORTESE,nei lunghi viaggi che ho fatto mai visto un comportamento del genere, in particolar modo da parte di un signore anziano probabilmente il proprietario(mi sono sentita in imbarazzo per lui)!Servizio più che pessimo,assolutamente sconsigliato!
VERY RUDE staff, in the long journeys I have never seen such behavior, especially from an elderly man probably the owner (I felt embarrassed for him)! Service more than bad, absolutely not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un signore dipendente del bar mi è venuto a togliere le chiavi del bagno di prepotenza con la moglie incinta che necessitava del bagno,alla richiesta di riaverle ci ha risposto con un secco "NO".
Siamo rimasti basiti.
A gentleman employed by the bar came to me to remove the keys to the bathroom by arrogance with his pregnant wife who needed the bathroom, when asked to get them back he answered us with a dry "NO".
We were thrilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cortese gentile e sempre disponibile. Clima molto familiare ci si sente come a casa. Gli ombrelloni ed i lettini distanziati e igenizzati secondo i protocolli covid. Il personale indossa sempre la mascherina. Bagno sempre pulito.
Bar ben fornito, la barista molto cortese e simpatica. Pranzo sempre molto buono con un ottima qualità prezzo. Oltre al menù fisso ogni giorno la cucina propone un primo ed un secondo diverso. É sempre un piacere venire qui allo chalet Giuliana, complimenti ad Elisabetta ed Andrea?❤
Very courteous, kind and always available staff. Very familiar climate it feels like home. Umbrellas and sunbeds spaced and sanitized according to covid protocols. Staff always wear a mask. Always clean bathroom.
Well stocked bar, very courteous and nice bartender. Always very good lunch with an excellent quality price. In addition to the fixed menu, the kitchen offers a different first and second course every day. It is always a pleasure to come here to the Giuliana chalet, congratulations to Elisabetta and Andrea?❤
