★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo come sia possibile in un bar così bello sia come locale sia come posizione (l'unico bar all'interno delle mura del Paese e sulla Piazza principale), che offre peraltro prodotti di qualità, lasciare il servizio ad un personale femminile così scortese, scostante e spesso maleducato (mi riferisco al turno della mattina). Da frequentatrice abituale (data la scarsità di alternative vicine) ho spesso e volentieri lasciato correre, rispondendo comunque con gentilezza e con il sorriso a chi sembrava ti facesse un favore a servirti, e sono sempre ritornata. Ma dopo che l'altra mattina ho sentito addirittura trattare male ed insultare platealmente una signora anziana e con qualche problema di salute mentale solo perchè aveva fatto qualche richiesta di troppo (ovviamente in assenza del titolare...) ho deciso che non rimetterò più piede nel bar finchè a servire saranno le stesse persone. Peccato, ma mi sembra che la cortesia e un sorriso di accoglienza verso il Cliente siano il minimo del dovere da parte di chi ha a che fare con il pubblico e ha la fortuna di percepire per questo uno stipendio.
 I wonder how it is possible in a bar so beautiful both as a local and as a location (the only bar within the walls of the country and on the main square), which also offers quality products, leaving the service to such a rude female staff , unfriendly and often rude (I refer to the morning shift). As a regular visitor (given the scarcity of nearby alternatives) I often let go, responding with kindness and a smile to those who seemed to do you a favor to serve you, and I always returned. But after the other morning I even heard bad treatment and blatantly insulting an elderly lady with some mental health problems just because she had made too many requests (obviously in the absence of the owner ...) I decided that I will never set foot again in the bar until the same people serve. Too bad, but it seems to me that the courtesy and a welcoming smile towards the customer are the minimum of duty on the part of those who are dealing with the public and are fortunate enough to receive a salary for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto che per accedere ai servizi igienici chiedete il green pass perlomeno tenetelo pulito il bagno perché non si muore solo di Covid.
Since to access the toilets ask for the green pass, at least keep the bathroom clean because you don't just die of Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale in pieno centro, situato a fianco della chiesa di santa Maria Assunta e di fronte alla Rocca, credo che sia il miglior bar della cittadina, entrati per un caffè, siamo stati accolti con cortesia dal proprietario e dalle ragazze.
Per le norme anti covid-19 ci siamo accomodati all'estero.
