Sì tratta di una grande sala con quadri del maestro di varie dimensioni e qualcuno fra i più famosi.
Sono esposti in un angolo anche i i lavori che la madre di Rotella faceva e cioè i cappelli per le donne facoltose di Catanzaro.
Ci sono altri cimeli della vita privata del maestro; il museo Mimmo Rotella si può visitare soltanto su appuntamento perché è aperto solo in alcune date o in occasione di visite scolaresche.
La casa si può individuare nel vicoletto perché sulla destra dell'ingresso c'è il vecchio cartello con la scritta Mode che indicava la porta della modista.
