Customers are not immediately informed of any absence of products on the menu but are only aware of it once that particular thing has been ordered. 3 € for a piece of tart, not the maximum. For me 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione allo stato puro, bancone completamente vuoto, 3 addetti in divisa più altri 2 vestiti in abiti normali. Nessuno alla cassa, chiedo un caffè e mi viene richiesto lo scontrino. Nel frattempo mi reco alla cassa e attendo uno dei 2 esercenti, tornato al bancone attendo per ordinare, arriva un altro cliente SENZA scontrino, ordina un caffè e viene servito prima di me.
Imparate la professionalità sennò cambiate lavoro.
Pure rudeness, completely empty counter, 3 employees in uniform plus 2 more dressed in normal clothes. Nobody at the checkout, I ask for a coffee and I am asked for a receipt. In the meantime I go to the cashier and wait for one of the 2 merchants, back at the counter I wait to order, another customer arrives WITHOUT a receipt, orders a coffee and is served before me.
Learn professionalism otherwise you change jobs.
