In pieno orario di punta con un sacco di gente (ma veramente tanta) non fanno aspettare mai più del minimo indispensabile... delle macchine da guerra! E riescono anche a trovare il tempo per essere gentilissimi I feel the need to compliment all the staff. In full rush hours with lots of people (but really a lot) they never wait more than the bare minimum ... war machines! And they also manage to find time to be very kind

Il personale é troppo freddo, in particolare il ragazzo che solitamente é alla cassa. Un sorriso con il cliente non sarebbe male!!! I've been here for an aperitif, and I have to say I was satisfied. The staff is too cold, especially the guy who is usually at the cash desk. A smile with the customer would not be bad !!!

L'aperitivo "a tagliere" ha prodotti di qualità eccellente, sia come varietà sia come freschezza, e per come si presenta è una festa per gli occhi. I frequent the Esselunga bar on Corso Vercelli in Novara every day. Its real added value lies in the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. They serve one of the best coffees in the city, at more than fair prices (with the card, the cost is 80 cents). The "a tagliere" aperitif has excellent quality products, both in variety and in freshness, and for how it presents itself it is a feast for the eyes.
