★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio semplicemente scandaloso, scortesi e poco educati. Ho ordinato a domicilio e dopo più di un'ora e mezza ad aspettare viene fuori dopo sollecitazione in chiamata che non avevano intenzione di fare la consegna. Ha aspettato meno tempo Rose di Titanic, non ordinerò più.
Simply outrageous, rude and unpolite service. I ordered at home and after more than an hour and a half to wait comes out after a request on call that they had no intention of making the delivery. Rose than Titanic waited less time, I will not order anymore.

Il Bar Arena è rinomato per il suo gelato artigianale, ottimo da provare anche ovviamente con una soffice brioche col "tuppo" (attenzione, brioche di pasticceria, la differenza si sente...). Come insegna la migliore tradizione siciliana, qui è d'obbligo (una tradizione molto siciliana, ma anche molto iblea) in piena estate farcire la brioche con fresca granita, una delizia quella alle more...e qui al Bar Arena ve la servono con piacere, appena fatta. Da degustare anche nel "dehor" in piazza, servito subito da un personale non solo preparato, ma anche di una gentilezza tipica della gente Chiaramontana.
A place to relax in the beautiful Piazza di Chiaramonte Gulfi. The Bar Arena is renowned for its artisan ice cream, excellent to try obviously with a soft brioche with "tuppo" (attention, pastry brioche, you can feel the difference ...). As the best Sicilian tradition teaches, here it is a must (a very Sicilian tradition, but also very hyblean) in the height of summer to fill the brioche with fresh granita, a delight that with blackberries ... and here at the Bar Arena they serve it with pleasure, just made. To be tasted also in the "dehor" in the square, served immediately by a staff not only prepared, but also with a kindness typical of the Chiaramontana people.
