★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad Imperia un'istituzione nel bere bene. Locale distante da mode o tendenze. Se cercate "l'apericena" od il "lounge" siete nel posto sbagliato !! Se invece volete un Negroni fatto a regola d'arte, il loro mitologico Maison o più semplicemente un buon bicchiere di vino, allora non potevate fare scelta migliore. Certo, il titolare ha i suoi tempi, ma non preoccupatevi. Ordinate due cocktail alla volta. Guadagnerete tempo perché, statene certi, ne berrete più di uno.
