★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente è meraviglioso. Una casetta sotto i primi alberi del bosco, e dall'altra parte un prato enorme che scende sul lago di Fusine superiore.
The environment is wonderful. A small house under the first trees of the forest, and on the other side a huge meadow that descends on the upper Fusine lake.

It is a nice place with the possibility to consume outside (summer period) courteous and friendly staff. The frico with polenta and mushrooms is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria sul lago a gestione familiare con piatti tipici deliziosi e accoglienza fantastica. Consiglio specialmente il frico che e' semplicemente sublime. Abbiamo anche assaggiato i funghi di stagione e la salsiccia ed erano molto buoni. Il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo e ci ha anche consigliato delle passeggiate piu' impegnative nella zona. Ci torneremo sicuramente!! Unica precauzione da prendere: i tavoli sono all'aperto.
Family-run lakeside trattoria with delicious typical dishes and fantastic hospitality. I especially recommend the frico which is simply sublime. We also tasted the seasonal mushrooms and sausage and they were very good. The owner was very kind and also recommended some more challenging walks in the area. We will definitely be back !! The only precaution to take: the tables are outdoors.

Tavoli esterni e molto carini, ampio parcheggio e servizio cordiale.
Dietro ci sono dei giochi per bambini (e non) veramente simpatici!
I state that I only drank a coffee so my review will try to be fair.
Very nice outdoor tables, ample parking and friendly service.
Behind there are games for children (and not) that are really nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location could be better - there is a vast parking space between it and the lake. We ordered a sandwich with cheese and it was just one half of a small loaf and a single very thick piece of hard cheese.
Prices are steep, but that is to be expected at a location like this. Just stick to drinks and deserts, forget the sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give a five start because I didn't expect low prices and prior quality on this place in the forest. You get nice view, fresh air and you can eat and drink. Our family enjoyed the place. Its was a good place to take some break when we travelled to the see, and its close to the highway (about 15 min).
