★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale non parlava in italiano per cui è stato difficile comunicare. Il massaggio è stato in stile Thai con un semplice olio; non sono esperta di massaggi Thai ma personalmente non l'ho trovato molto drenante (avevo prenotato con coupon un massaggio drenante da 30 minuti). Anche l'atmosfera era abbastanza fredda e cupa, consiglio di migliorarla.
 The staff did not speak in Italian so it was difficult to communicate. The massage was Thai style with a simple oil; I am not an expert in Thai massages but personally I did not find it very draining (I had booked a 30-minute draining massage with coupon). The atmosphere was also quite cold and gloomy, I recommend improving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo non ci siano abbastanza parole per commentare questo posto. Mi sono appositamente presa un pomeriggio libero dal lavoro per andare a farmi un messaggio e prenoto per le ore 18 con tanto di "Ci vediamo domani alle 6". Arrivo nel centro e mi accoglie una ragazza che mi guarda come fossi un fantasma chiedendomi cosa ci facessi li, ed io con educazione le rispondo di avere appuntamento. Con la faccia spaesata se ne va di la a chiamare la collega, la quale sgarbatamente mi dice "Tu no appuntamento! Tu no appuntamento! Andare via!". Io sbigottita dalla maleducazione le mostro il registro chiamate con il loro numero e l'annessa telefonata di 2 minuti del giorno prima ma lei sembra fregarsene, tanto che mi prende il braccio, apre la porta e mi caccia praticamente fuori. L'altra collega torna e le dice: "ma perché non le fai il massaggio? Hai tempo!", la maleducata inizia a parlare nella loro lingua ( presumo mandandola a quel paese ) e se ne va. L'altra signorina si scusa dicendomi "Eh sai è un po' matta, se vuoi vieni domani".
Mai capitato nulla del genere in tutta la mia vita. Imparate a lavorare e vergognatevi, davvero.
I think there are not enough words to comment on this place. I purposely took an afternoon off from work to go get me a message and book for 6 pm complete with "See you tomorrow at 6". I arrive in the center and a girl welcomes me who looks at me as if I were a ghost asking me what I was doing there, and I politely reply to have an appointment. With a bewildered face he goes away to call his colleague, who rudely says to me "You no appointment! You no appointment! Go away!". Shocked by rudeness, I show her the call log with their number and the attached 2-minute phone call from the day before but she seems not to care, so much so that she takes my arm, opens the door and practically kicks me out. The other colleague comes back and says: "but why don't you give her the massage? You have time!", The rude starts speaking in their language (I presume by sending her to that country) and leaves. The other young lady apologizes by saying "Eh you know she's a bit crazy, if you want to come tomorrow".
Nothing like this has ever happened in my entire life. Learn to work and be ashamed, really.
