★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più.... ho preso libri per primo superiore dopo l'inizio della scuola mi sono accorta che nel libro di inglese mancava il libricino per gli esercizi sono tornata in negozio e il commesso si rifiutava di cambiarmelo perché lui non mi aveva registrato e quindi non risultavo negli acquisti si è convinto dopo ben 10 minuti di discussione perché gli ho fatto vedere le etichette che erano sui libri che avevo acquistato da lui.... Fate attenzione e controllate bene tutti i libri.....
