★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non mi sembra una buona cosa obbligare a mettere accetto su comunicazione a terze parti altrimenti non mi fanno prendere appuntamenti in filiale. Voglio parlare con la banca e non farmi tempestare di telefonate da terze persone che come unico obiettivo hanno quello di chiedere soldi.
I do not think a good thing to force accept to put on notice to third parties would not otherwise do I make appointments in the branch. I want to talk with the bank and not bombard me with phone calls from third parties that the sole objective have to ask for money.

Ho conosciuto questa banca tramite amici che già ne erano clienti; mi sono interfacciata con un consulente professionale e qualificato, Antonio Rozzo...non lo cambierei mai!
Auguro a tutti di imbattersi in personale piacevole e competente da far sembrare tutto molto semplice e sopratutto chiaro e cristallino.
Ringrazio in primis lui e poi tutta l'azienda per il benvenuto datomi e per l'aiuto che quotidianamente mi fanno avere rispondendo sempre a tutte le mie domande ed ai miei dubbi...le banche dovrebbero essere tutte così...ti dovrebbero far sentire come a casa.

I wish everyone to come across pleasant and competent staff to make it all seem very simple and above all clear and crystalline.
First of all I thank him and then the whole company for the welcome given to me and for the help they give me every day, always answering all my questions and my doubts ... the banks should all be like this ... they should do you feel at home.

I called my consultant's number about 20 times to ask for a couple of information, he never answered my calls .. bad
