Mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, soprattutto con un ragazzo di nome David che con me è sempre stato molto professionale ed educato.
La banca è un ottima banca e sinceramente mi sono sempre sentito a mio agio.
Purtroppo come in tutti gli ambienti ci sono delle note che stonano, ed in particolare mi spiace dover segnalare una dipendente, una signora che sta allo sportello, la cui maleducazione e arroganza negli anni mi ha stupito.
Più di una volta, anche con me, l'ho vista rispondere con tono non adeguato al suo ruolo a molti clienti, è davvero un peccato che per un elemento ci vada di mezzo tutto il personale.
Questa signora ti fa veramente sentire a disagio ed ha anche avuto reazioni assolutamente al limite dell'educazione.
Sono arrivato al punto che se da fuori vedo la suddetta signora, mi sento davvero in difficoltà. Peccato, non tutti sono in grado di stare al pubblico.
 I have been a customer of this bank for several years.
I have always felt very comfortable, especially with a guy named David who has always been very professional and polite to me.
The bank is an excellent bank and honestly I have always felt at ease.
Unfortunately, as in all environments, there are notes that clash, and in particular I regret having to report an employee, a lady who is at the counter, whose rudeness and arrogance over the years has amazed me.
More than once, even with me, I have seen her respond in a tone unsuitable to her role to many customers, it is really a pity that all the staff are involved for an element.
This lady really makes you feel uncomfortable and she also had reactions absolutely on the edge of education.
I got to the point that if from outside I see the aforementioned lady, I really feel in difficulty. Too bad, not everyone is able to be in the public.
