★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca con poco personale, altri molto in ufficio, il problema e' quando si telefona non rispondono ! E un servizio che manca in cortesia, etica e affidabilita. IN questo caso direi che e' una vergogna !
Ma.. cambiate, potrei sempre dire nel caso, la mia banca e differente.
Bank with few staff, others in the office, the problem is when they don't answer! It is a service that is lacking in courtesy, ethics and reliability. In this case I would say it is a shame!
But .. change, I could always say in the case, my bank is different.
