Banca storica del paese con personale tutto cambiato dopo la “spinosa questione” diamanti!!! Ora pessima gestione! Da due mesi ho chiesto la chiusura del CC e continuano a rimandare!!! Voto 2 meno meno!!!

Non sono cliente di questa banca, ma ho avuto un inconveniente allo sportello bancomat. Il sistema si è inceppato non restituendo la carta di credito. Appena possibile mi sono recato in filiale per il recupero della carta, ma mi sono trovato davanti un muro invalicabile. Nessuna flessibilità, applicazione rigida del regolamento tipica del burocrate italico. Mi aspettavo almeno delle scuse per il disservizio, ma invece gli addetti hanno insinuato che poteva essere mia la colpa, nonostante era evidente il contrario, visto che durante la mia presenza allo sportello il bancomat creava ancora problemi. Purtroppo un pessimo servizio al cittadino.
I am not a customer of this bank, but I had a problem at the ATM. The system jammed not returning the credit card. As soon as possible I went to the branch for the recovery of the paper, but I found myself in front of an impassable wall. No flexibility, rigid application of the regulation typical of the Italian bureaucrat. I was expecting at least an apology for the disservice, but instead the employees insinuated that it could be my fault, although the opposite was evident, since during my presence at the counter the ATM still created problems. Unfortunately a bad service to the citizen.
