★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti. Nel senso che non vi competono certe materie finanziarie. Fanno credere di agire nei tuoi interessi quando pensano solo ai loro. Mi hanno dato dell'ignorante spiegandomi anche il significato della parola come se fossi deficiente. Fra le righe mi hanno dato dell'ingenua. In realtà sono loro i cavernicoli e ignoranti per la questione per cui ero la. Ci sarebbe molto altro da dire ma non spreco il mio tempo. Non andate in questa Banca. Io chiudo il conto il prima possibile e questo è certo al 100% . Schifo.
La cosa peggiore è che io sono da SEMPRE cliente di questa Banca, mia mamma è una socia!!! Vergognatevi!

Ho chiuso il conto. In 5 minuti, menomale almeno questa volta è stata rapida la questione. La scorsa volta mi hanno fatto il quarto grado, dovevo starci 10 minuti e sono stata un'ora e mezza. Comunque la tipa mi ha chiesto in quale Banca sarei andata dopo... Ma io dico i fatti vostri non ve li fate mai? ? Come se fossi una criminale in procinto di fare qualcosa di strano. Mah. A mai più belli.
Incompetent. In the sense that certain financial matters do not belong to you. They make people think they are acting in your best interests when they think only of theirs. They called me ignorant and also explained the meaning of the word as if I were moron. Between the lines they gave me naive. I closed my account. In 5 minutes, luckily at least this time the matter was quick. Last time they gave me the fourth grade, I had to stay 10 minutes and I was an hour and a half.
