★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orario scritto su internet: 16,05. Faccio le corse per arrivare e fare una rapida operazione. Arrivo alle 16 e mi chiudono le porte in faccia. Chiamo e mi dicono "sbaglia internet, sono gli orari vecchi, ora vedo che possiamo fare". Mettono giù. Aspetto dieci minuti fuori come uno scemo. Alla cassa ci sono persone gentili, ma chi dirige la baracca deve fare un ripasso di educazione.
Hours wrote on the internet: 16.05. I run to get there and do a quick operation. I arrive at 4pm and the doors close in my face. I call and they say "wrong internet, it's the old times, now I see what we can do". They put it down. I wait ten minutes outside like a fool. There are nice people at the checkout, but whoever runs the shack has to do an education review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso tanto parlare della banca anche perché mai chiamato quindi non so se rispondo o no.. cmq sono andata due volte entro alla settimana, devo dire che la gentilezza, competenza e la dolcezza di sig. SILVIA sinceramente sono rare. Grazie che ancora esistono persone come lei.
I can't talk about the bank so much because I never called so I don't know if I answer or not .. cmq I went twice within a week, I must say that the kindness, competence and sweetness of Mr. SILVIA honestly they are rare. Thank you that people like you still exist.

What about a bank that has no respect for customers and just wastes your time? If I applied what they do to customers, I would have to issue an invoice. And I'm talking about the bank, not the employees. No respect. Old model will be devoured by the web
