★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore esperienza di un servizio offerto mai avuto. Mi hanno praticamente sequestrato il denaro sul mio conto. In aggiunta se non li chiami 45 minuti prima della chiusura almeno neanche rispondono. Sono anche stato insultato in filiale perchè avevo perso il pin.
The worst experience of a service offered ever had. They basically seized the money in my account. In addition, if you don't call them 45 minutes before closing, at least they won't even answer. I was also insulted in the branch because I lost my pin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, oltre a non saper fare il proprio lavoro sono scorbutici, ignoranti e saccenti , il direttore è di una maleducazione impressionante, il loro intento sembra essere il creare problemi al cliente ed è un peccato in quanto l’istituto di credito in se, come popolare di Sondrio, tra l’altro una delle prime banche popolari italiane ad essere state fondate, non meriterebbe degli incompetenti a gestire una filiale di un importante zona di Milano come viale Piave, sono certo che ai “piani alti” non sono a conoscenza dei danni di immagine che questi personaggi stanno creando, meglio la certezza e la professionalità di banche come Intesa o UniCredit .
Bad experience, in addition to not knowing how to do their job they are grumpy, ignorant and pedantic, the director is of an impressive rudeness, their intent seems to be to create problems for the customer and it is a shame as the credit institution itself, as a cooperative of Sondrio, among other things one of the first Italian cooperative banks to be founded, it would not deserve incompetence to manage a branch in an important area of Milan such as Viale Piave, I am sure that the "upper floors" are not aware of the damage to the image that these people are creating, better the certainty and professionalism of banks like Intesa or UniCredit.
