Veramente allibita! Always polite staff, until today when an employee at the counter verbally attacked me in front of customers having, with kindness, asked to open a person who was with me and who could not enter despite having deposited the metal objects. Un impiegata aggredisce i clienti, posso capire che il contatto con il pubblico sia difficile, ma cambia mestiere. Impiegata allo sportello con clienti parla con le colleghe di cose personali e fa perder tempo e poi si chiede spiegazioni e lei aggredisce davanti ad altre persone. Umiliandomi una vergogna ci voleva davvero una bella denuncia a questa capra. I have to give a star but I would give 0. I am appalled in shock. An employee attacks customers, I can understand that contact with the public is difficult, but she changes her job. Clerk at the counter with customers talks to her colleagues about personal things and wastes time and then asks for explanations and she attacks in front of other people. Humiliating me a shame it really took a nice complaint to this goat.
F	Felicia Rotondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho avuto l'esperienza più negativa della storia..so benissimo che non posso entrare perché sprovvista di certificazione verde..incarico una mia parente a fare un'operazione e io da fuori noto l'impiegata che gesticola facendo capire che c'è là con chi non ha fatto vaccino dicendo anche qualche parolina di troppo ....mi sa che è arrivato il tempo di cambiare .... nessuno ha dato il diritto a questa impiegata a giudicare. Today I had the most negative experience in history .. I know very well that I cannot enter because I do not have green certification ..
